Qualifications: Doctrate in dentistry of an ADA accredited program. Completed at least 12 classroom hours of continuing dental education within the preceding 24 months. This requirement is not applicable to new graduates. Posses a current, unrestricted license to practice dentistry in any one of the fifty States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands and maintenance of same. Health care workers shall be eligible for U.S. employment.
