Requirements:
Dentists should have a current WA dental license (or be pursuing one), DEA #, and liability insurance. Dental hygienists should have a current license (or be pursuing one). Dental assistants should have graduated from an ADA accredited technical school or have prior work experience. Business staff should have prior experience in a dental office.
