At Great Expressions Dental Centers, we hire passionate and hardworking clinicians - people who want to provide exceptional patient care and strive to make a difference in peoples' lives. Our company culture is built on the idea of The Power of One and we recognize the impact one person can make. GEDC encourages community involvement - such as proudly donating to The King Center, The Children's Center, Winning Futures, Mission of Mercy, Remote Access Medical and collaborating with Team Smile to provide free dental services to underprivileged children. Whether you are a team member or a patient, it only takes one smile to change a day.
Our employees have the freedom to do great work every day. GEDC is now the only DSO that is multi-specialty, accepts all insurances for greater care access, and has a regional density model to better serve its patients. Our quality dental services are offered in 10 states and totaling more than 270 offices - allowing our GEDC family to grow to over one million members.
We are currently looking for a driven, determined, and clinically sound Hygienist who will treat our patients like family for our Richmond office. We provide our full-time employees with not only a competitive and medical compensation package, but also 401k options, paid uniforms, paid holidays, paid vacations and continuing education reimbursement. We encourage personal growth and development and provide opportunities for mentorship, and career advancement. Whether you are looking for your first, next, or final career, please contact us today to learn more.

GEDC hygienists do more than "just" clean teeth. Our hygienists are dental health educators, with a passion for teaching patients about oral hygiene, its effects on overall health, and help understand the link it makes to patient's personal confidence. They examine patients' hard and soft tissues, record the presence of diseases or abnormalities, and work with both the Doctor and patient to resolve any active disease - this is done by utilizing and employing current patient care practices, oral care products, and local antibiotics - all to help our patients maintain their oral health or manage periodontal disease.
