Dental Dreams, LLC seeks experienced Regional Manager to oversee new dental
practices opening in Virginia (Hampton & Richmond). Qualified
applicants should have at least 3 years of successful experience managing
multiple dental practices. This position requires extensive daily travel
between practice locations. The ability to assist in opening new locations
while managing existing locations is also required. There will be a 2-3
month training period in Chicago.
You will be responsible for the ongoing improvement and success of the
dental practices by focusing on patient flow, patient satisfaction, doctor
productivity, compliance (OSHA, HIPPA, Company Standards, etc.), and
employee training.
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 years dental management and administrative experience
• Understand both clinical and administrative dental terminology
• Understand dental insurance claims, EOB's and how they are processed
• Knowledge of a variety of dental insurance plans, Public Aid experience
highly preferred
• Ability to establish collection protocol for dental treatment and
coordination of insurance benefits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to handle compliance issues and grievance issues in relationship
to patient care
• Computer literate, able to use email, advanced knowledge of Microsoft
Excel.
• College degree preferred
