Main Line Dental Group is looking for a patient oriented assistant with exceptional clinical skills. We are both a general and specialty dental practice delivering the finest in comprehensive dental care. We emphasize thorough and complete comprehensive care. We perform all aspects of both simple and advanced restorative dentistry including the placement of dental implants. We are looking for an individual who is both patient and team oriented, possessing the best of clinical skills and is looking for a home in which to develop their career.
Our office is new and one of the finest on the Main Line. We are a fully digital office, complete with digital radiography. We operate on EagleSoft software. The office is outfitted with the best equipment and we pay particular attention to sterilization procedures and conditions. The existing staff is second to none and all possess a great team spirit. We all work with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
A summary of required duties includes:
* the applicant should be able to assist in four-handed dentistry procedures chairside
* the applicant should be able to take a full mouth series of radiographs as well as individual radiographs as needed.
* the applicant should be able to take alginate impressions
* the applicant should be able to clean residual cement from both temporary and final restorations
* the applicant should have experience and ideally confidence in assisting during surgical procedures.
* the applicant should be computer savvy
Requirements
* Must be X-ray certified.
* CPR certification is a plus but not required.
* Strong organizational skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Able to work well both independently and with others.
A very strong compensation package is available that includes a salary range of $18.00 - $22.00, medical and dental benefits, vacation and personal time, uniforms, continuing education, profit sharing and pension plan.
