Responsibilities:
Examines, diagnoses, and provides treatment counseling to patients
Performs cleanings and provides all patient care including, fillings, crowns, fixed and removable bridgework, extractions, and root canals
Meets productivity goals.
Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to patient needs.
Solicits patient feedback to improve service.
Directs Assistants and other auxiliary personnel
Requirements
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the ability to meet productivity standards while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness; look for ways to improve and promote quality and productivity; manage competing demands; demonstrate knowledge of market and competition and respond promptly to customer needs.
Qualifications:
Dental doctorate degree from accredited dental school and current state licensure
Must have 2-3 yrs of experience
Able to perform all phases of dentistry
