GENERAL DENTIST – FRONT OFFICE ADMINISTRATION

-DO YOU UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING WE DO ‘IS FOR THE PATIENTS’ NOT EACH OTHER? Our administrative team has one full time member (the position we are replacing) and three skilled, wonderful ‘part time’ tenured team members.

ABOUT US: We are an established, family oriented general dental team located one block from Chapman Hospital. The team member semi-retiring is DeAnne. She has a degree in Art and is the doctors wife. Now that their children are raised, DeAnne is developing a full time career as an Artist. - DeAnne and our practice consultant will be available to support your success. – Because we respect your time and appreciate the effort it takes to 'career search', we promise every applicant who emails ANSWERS TO THE QUESTIONS BELOW will receive a response. - We will provide a JOB DESCRIPTION at your initial interview outlining our administrative teams PRIMARY and SECONDARY areas of accountability.

QUALIFICATIONS: Please, have minimum 10 years work experience, a very professional image and conservative professional wardrobe.
- Must have command presence and confidence you can develop relationships.
- You love your smile! (And your dentistry is up to date)
- Leadership skills and experience.
- Creative thinker who knows when a patient will benefit from recommending ‘we go outside the box’ of our office protocol to provide desired dentistry.
- Main stream computer software training. (VS just what you learned on the job.)
- Advanced training through seminars in and out of the work place to develop communication skills for scheduling, making financial arrangements and developing relationships with patients that will lead them to develop a phased plan to eventually complete recommended treatment.

DISQUALIFICATIONS:
- You don’t like your smile…for any reason.
- Inability to give at least three job references.
- Commute that creates difficult to arrive at work on time, consistently to lead our morning huddle. (We recognize there are occasional urgent events like a freeway accident… VS ‘traffic.’ )
