Dental Customer Service Representatives
Job Description
A great company located in Cerritos is looking for a Dental Customer
Service Representatives. Position includes: handling large volume of
inbound calls to clients verifying eligibility and coverage information.
Entering and updating client information using a computer. Answering heavy
phones in a call center environment.
Illegible candidates will:
•Be familiar with Dental terminology
•Have strong customer service skills
•Work well in a fast paced environment
•Be able to multi-task
•Pass Criminal Background check AND Credit Check
•Have strong written and communication skills
•Have High school diploma
Pay: $12.00 -$14.00 per hour
The following schedule is available.
Monday through Friday. Must be flexible to work as early as 5:00am and as
late as 6:00pm
Requirements:
•Must have Dental terminology experience
•Must have 2-3yrs of Customer Service experience
•Must be able to pass Criminal Background check AND Credit Check
•Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
•Must be able to multi-task
•Must have strong written and communication skills.
•Must have High School diploma.
•Must have Strong computer skills
•Must have the ability to work well in a fast paced environment
•Bilingual a plus
